We want to find out the average speed of answer for the team. Is this something that is calculated and able to be found on RC?

I would like to see the average speed of answer for my team. Is this something that is calculated and able to be found inside of Ring Central?

Hi Rebecca, this is definitely possible with our live reports feature, more details on this feature are on our RingCentral Live Reports Overview page. There is a widget you can add to the dashboard that shows the "Average SoA", which is the average time to pick up a queue call. If all your team members are in one queue you can get the average time of everybody this way. You can see more about this widget on the RingCentral Live Reports Widgets Overview page.
