Hi Rebecca, this is definitely possible with our live reports feature, more details on this feature are on our
RingCentral Live Reports Overview page. There is a widget you can add to the dashboard that shows the "Average SoA", which is the average time to pick up a queue call. If all your team members are in one queue you can get the average time of everybody this way. You can see more about this widget on the
