Issue: The call log page in the portal lists the calls in a simple reverse chronological list. This works well in a small organization with say 3-4 employees. However in larger organization the call log report on the portal is not of much help.
Solution: Group wise categorization of call logs
We have several department in our office and we have created groups for each department. We would like to see the call logs categorized by user groups.
If a manager A logs in, he can see the call logs of his team A. He doesn't have to hunt his team members call log one user at a time and remember everyone's phone numbers. He will quickly see a snap shot of the call logs of team A.
