Problem with getting disconnected after pressing the #1

We seem to have an issue with some of our users getting disconnected after pressing #1 to receive the call.  Call then goes on to next person in the que.

Called number: 800-408-4935
Calling number: 
Date: Time and Time Zone:  (412) 738-2751 EST (happened on Monday around 12:30 EST), (714) 728-4496 (PST) has had it happen quite a few times
What happened: asks to press #1 - we press #1 and it gets disconected
Specific user that the issue is with: Sandra (714) 728-4496 and Seth (412) 738-2751
