Web based Ring Central app

I have a US account with about 60 users and our company uses the RC app often, specifically the texting and fax feature. Unfortunately, the app crashes often (usually after installing the latest updates) and the come reason seems to be the graphics card doesn't support the app. Now, this probably isn't a problem for companies that use the latest PC but, we have PC's that can be as old as 5 years old and I guess that's old for the app? Creating a web based RC app would resolve this issue.

Thank you for this. Trying to send a fax and it doesn't appear to allow this, am I correct?

Not sure as I don't use it myself currently, but I know you can send a fax from the RC portal web page after you login at service.ringcentral.com  Look in the top right for the icon to send fax.

You can't actually send a fax from the Chrome extension, but yes, Brandon's suggestion is probably the next best thing, or of course you can send them via email ie.  xxx-xxx-xxxx@rcfax.com

Happy to help.  If you are an admin, ( or ask your admin) to add all user's email addresses that will want to "fax by email" to the system.  This page has the specifics:
