allow the user to set their own phone password through the web portal

How do we submit a feature request to allow the user to set their own phone password through the web portal? That way when the phone reboots, it will get the password that they have specified, not the factory default one. Seems like this should be pretty basic functionality. I know of other VoIP service providers that do offer this functionality.
