Don't have an account

We do not have an account with RingCentral, but someone is using one of our company phone numbers as if we did.  I cannot access any kind of support because there is no good e-mail listed and I need either an account number or log-in to get any answers.  How do I get a hold of a human being to resolve this problem?

What phone number are you referring to and what kind of activity is going on?
