06-19-2017 My suggestion:  It would be more helpful to all users of this forum if you stated the specifics of what equipment you tried it with and what part of the software did not work. Describe facts.  Vague general complaints like "it doesn't work at all" do not help anyone evaluate the updated software, or increase anyone's ability to know if that would truly apply to their equipment or not.

What type of issues are you having? Are you referring to the mobile app or the desktop app?

Desktop app on windows seven login goes in a circle and then crashes before of the program launches. Tried downloading a different copy tried restarting the computer no luck.

We haven't received any reports of others having the same issue. I would suggest opening up a support case so we can see what's going on and help you out :)

One of my employees who is on a completely different computer network also had a problem with her this morning she said it resolved itself after a few hours. So I don't think I'm the only one having issues

We'll still need to know specifics.  What version of the app are you updating to?   Take a look at this thread: 
Upgrade to the latest version of RingCentral for Desktop (Crash or Failed Installation after upgrading to 8.4.5)

There's a chance outdated video cards can cause this. You might try updating the driver for your video card to see if it fixes the problem. Or roll back to an older version as explained in the link above. If that fixes the problem, then it's most likely the video card.  If you still have problems, then please open a support case.

My computer is not that old. I already have to use old versions for another server we use it on due to the graphics card. Now I wont be able to continue updating on my primary machine either? Why are you releasing this terrible software that  people with perfectly good machines cant use? And not even warning before pushing for the upgrade? Not a happy customer with this ridiculousness. No problems like this with ANY other of countless software applications I use and update regularly on this machine. By the way its the version on your wesbsite for download - and if you dont know what that is, it is 9.1.0
