complaint - apalling ring central service

I have just tried unsuccessfully to remove two lines from my service, two lines I no longer need. Why because I was told by the most unhelpful rep that my contract was renewed in April for a further two years - renewed without my knowledge or approval!!!! What made matters worse the only help he was willing to offer was to send me a copy of my contract, not I will escalate this for you (if you are unhappy you will have to phone them) or to put pass me onto someone who could help. Guess what I have also just found out no where to complain, there's a surprise - trying this to get someone to deal with it (not really in the mood to continue using Ring Central) failing which we will see how good social media is in getting someone to call me and to resolve this

Not a Ring Central rep but we are a partner have quite a number of extremely happy customers because we have properly configured their networks. If RingCentral is failing, it's probably your network.  Hate to be so blunt but a properly configured network is the building block for success with any VOIP solution.  Call a reputable IT Firm in your area to get you sorted out.  Good luck!
