poor call quality

I am having a really awful RingCentral experience. I cannot get someone to pick up when calling customer service. I have been on hold for 7 minutes. I tried earlier and sat on hold for 22 minutes. I am also waiting trying to chat with someone and have been waiting for 18 minutes for an agent to be available. I have "opened a case" but haven't received a response. II have tried all the fixes with routers, network, etc. My callers can't hear me. When they can the qualify is embarrassingly atrocious - every third word is dropped, etc. Any suggestions?

What kind of issues are you having with Glip?

it's been consistently crashing or taking a long time to load, or when selecting a teams conversation it'll load but then it won't allow you to scroll up or down.

Periodically it'll work for 5mins then crash again.

also it would be great if glip could allow us to make task templates currently we have a master task with the correct layout and text pinned and they have to copy create a new task then paste and make adjustments.  It would be awesome if we could make a template to be filled out :)

It has never been great.  It has been horrendous for the past few months.  In office, on computer, on phone, on wifi, etc.

Robin,  I'm unable to locate the case number.  If you reply with the case number I'll do my best to escalate this. Also, there was some higher call volume earlier today.   At this moment, there is no waiting if you call in.,

You would have likely received an email with the case info.  How did you open the case?  I'm guessing there's not actually one open since I don't see it tied to your account, unless it's associated with a different email/profile than what you are using on this Community.

I did not receive an email.  I called in.  I was told the advanced team will call back.  Waiting now

has your quality improved since your issues began? remember the RC service is only as good as the connection its using, even if you have your routers set correctly, if the provider is having a problem your RC service would experience it as well.
