RingCentral for Google Chrome extension states "Network connection is lost" when trying to log in

Multiple users are getting the "Network connection is lost" pink box error message when attempting to log in to the RingCentral for Google Chrome extension. They can still log in fine to the ringcentral.com website to retrieve voice mails and faxes, but the extension will not let them log in?

Hmmmm....have you tried uninstall/reinstalling the extension?
