How do I add a valid phone number so that I can message people outside my company?
i am trying to send a group text out and it is telling me that a valid phone number is required to send text messages to recipients outside of my company and to contact administrator to add a direct number. how do i do that
Hi Davis. It sounds like your user may not have the correct settings enabled to allow you to send SMS outside the company. If you have an administrator that manages the account, partner with them to see if they can make sure that SMS is enabled on your user.
