8/28/17: Investigating reports of calls not completing. (Resolved)

We are currently investigating reports of calls not completing.  Please click the "Follow" button on this thread and we'll update the status when we have more information.

UPDATE: 7:50 am MT - We've been notified that this issue has been resolved.

Some users were reporting irregular ringing (half rings) and then calls going to voicemail.  If anyone continues to experience this issue please open a case and  copy/paste the following into your case notes:  Parent Case: 06128629 CT-19600
