Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

I just reinstalled  http://www.visualware.com/bcs/index.html and now it works for me.

It seems it is timing out for some reason.

It seems these tools are down again.  I just got off an embarrassing call with a potential customer because they won't work for them or me.. Can anyone confirm?

We found an issue with an expired certificate, but it has now been resolved.  Please give it another try and if there are still issues, reply here with your OS, and Browser versions that are giving you trouble.

I tried again and it proceeds further now, but still does not complete with this error:


The BCS and the test location are not communicating as expected. This can happen for a number of reasons, like a brief drop in connectivity. The best course of action is to refresh the page and try the test again.

HI Brandon. I'm following up on this thread. I know it's been a few days, so is it still giving you a problem?  If so I'll report it.

I just tried again and it still fails with the same error as above.  Is it working for anyone else?

Brandon.. I see that around a month ago, you reinstalled the BCS software. Is that the last time, or did you try reinstalling it in the last few days again? 

Try reinstalling the BCS software again if you have not. We tried on our end and if fixed the issue.

That was a previous outage.  This time upgrading and reinstalling BCS doesn't seem to help.  Tried this on my Mac with Safari and also a Windows machine with Chrome and same result too. It shows the test screen, but the progress bar never moves and then it times out with the error about BCS and the test location are not communicating as expected.  Does it work for you?  Anyone else?
