RC Rooms controller looking for old IP address of Mac Mini

We tested our RC Rooms setups a multiple locations more than a month ago. The systems have not been connected since then. We are ready to deploy the systems and they are being deployed in different locations than they were configured. The problem is that the ipad controller can no longer connect to the Rooms device (Mac Mini) but it's because is looking for it at the old IP address that the Mac Mini had when we originally set them up. The addresses of the Mac Minis are obviously obtained by DHCP. We have verified that the two devices are on the same network. We even tried to statically set the mac mini to the old IP address but the controller still would not connect.

The controller does not give us an option to clear the cache or change the location that it is looking for mac mini at. Please advise asap! We deploy next Monday.

Hello David,

I have not come across this particular issue before. I do see that you have a case open with us. Please keep me updated as to how it goes.

Having the same issue here. All of our conference rooms are down because of this right now. Don't see anything on your site to fix it.

Hey Stephen,

The resolution for us was to ensure that all devices and all RC applications were on the latest versions. Update the Mac itself first, then remove any versions of RC Rooms and install the latest version. Do the same on the Ipad. After that, our systems came up.
