In what context?  RingCentral just emails an attachment and some meta data about the fax to an email address you specify.

Do you offer us the capability to turn on TLS encryption for your emails to us?

Hello! According to our Service Engineering:
If the customer's SMTP server (Email Server) does support TLS, RingCentral will send the email over TLS. If their server doesn't support TLS then RingCentral sends the emails unencrypted.
