need service, cancelled my services months ago

need service, cancelled my services months ago and Ring central seems to have great difficulty letting go of my toll free number so my new carrier can import it. I have never had such horrendous service in my 49 years! Seems a small business owner such as myself has all  the time n the world to waste being on hold and repeating my problem over and over and over again.

What is the main number on your account?

What is your toll free number? I'd like to see if there's a port out request for it in our system.
