My account was hacked over the weekend.

My account was hacked last Saturday morning.  I got the email notifications letting me know the change of password and pin had occurred.  I couldn't login and the security question had been changed.  I called support and Ringcentral was completely closed over the weekend.  As a result, the hacker was able to wreak havoc to my account.  I am insisting some kind of security service be available over the weekend.
