phone recording

why arent all my phone lines/calls being recorded? some are and some are not, should be 100%

Hello!

Do you have Automatic Call Recording set for all of your Users and your Call Queues? If you have Call Queues, you do have to check them separately from the Users who answer the calls since the call is originating with that Queue as opposed to directly coming into/leaving a User's Extension.

That could be what's going on. If you are wanting calls made to the Queue to be recorded simply check that box and hit Save. Let us know if that fixes it :)

if you do not have automatic call recording, you have to go under each queue and set it to record.
