Are you an admin on the account?  You might want to check the new Quality of Service reports available on the admin portal.  You can get a lot of detailed information about an individual call there to share with your IT support and/or RingCentral support to try to get to the bottom of it.

Sure.  Another thought I just had would be to have the user press *9 to record the call as an example that could be helpful.  Good luck and let us know what you figure out.
