Reports of fax issues. 11/14/17 - Resolved

Our team is working on an issue causing long delays with outbound faxes. Customers' inbound and outbound calls and inbound faxes are not impacted at this time. 

To see if your account may be affected, go to the Service Status site.

We'll post updates to this thread as we have more information.

I see there was some improvement overnight, but we're still having problems. Any further updates besides what I see on the status page of you're still working through things?

I too would really like to know when this is resolved. My faxes are getting stuck in busy, some are sending some are failing.

Hi Everyone,

Our Engineers are still working very hard to get this resolved. Once I receive an update, I will be sure to update this thread ASAP!

I don't know if this is related, but I have a user trying to send email-to-fax to international numbers and we are not even receiving confirmation emails.

If you haven't already, please open up a case so we can investigate :) It could be related but we need to take a closer look in order to verify!

Also not sure if related but my mobile app appears to have updated on 11/14 (all text conversations prior to that have been deleted)since then, no texts from me to an AT&T phone are going through. I dont get any indication of the failure so it looks like everything is normal, and I can receive calls/texts from AT&T numbers. I have tested it with a dozen employees and colleagues who have AT&T and they are ENT receiving any of my texts from ring central. The mobile update may be a coincidence but this problem pertains to texts sent through the mobile app AND the desktop app
