log out from call queue

Is it possible for a user to elect not to answer calls on a specific call queue if they are part of multiple call queues. Example: User belongs to two different call queues. One she is the main support for, the other she logs into only if they start to get busy. If the main call queue gets busy, she needs to be able to quickly stop receiving calls from the second call queue.

Hello Nicole,

No, this is currently not possible. I would ask our Service Engineering Department if they know of a work around.
