Alot of our users setup audio only meetings using RC meetings because its easier to schedule them that way. One of our Executive Admin Assistants has discovered an issue that we cannot figure out. She schedules multiple calls a day for the executive and sometimes when they call into one of the meetings via phone, it tells them the meeting has not started yet. First of all, his account is set to allow join before host. Secondly when the host joins via audio, there is no way for them to identify themselves as the host. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to why this happens. It just happens at random We thought it was happening when she scheduled back to back calls but we test that and could not recreate the issue.
