Desktop button click problems

Not so much an idea as a bug. Desktop app has real problems at least in Windows 10. Clicking buttons has to be done perfectly and some buttons like the "Save Password" radio box or the X button to wipe out a text field won't register a mouse click at all. Please fix this!!!

Hi Dan,  Can you provide some specifics or screenshots.  I'm using Win10 as well as most people in our office and I haven't heard of this before. 

Are you referring to the Softphone app?  RC Meetings app, or Glip app?   Also, with regard to typing text and clicking an "x" button what screen would that be on? 

Or is this somewhere on the web portal? 


Has anyone else here on the Community experienced similar issues?  If so please chime in.

Probably has to be a quick video for you to get an idea. Does this forum allow me to attach something like that?

Hey Dan,

Thanks for the video. I see what you're talking about! We definitely need to take a look at this. 

Please open a case and include the following in the notes:
1) Debug logs for the Desktop App - if you don't feel comfortable getting those yourself that's ok, the Support Agent can :)
2) The version of your Desktop App
3) The link to your video - super helpful!

I opened a case. How do I get back to it? I can't seem to find a case list in my RingCentral account.
