How do I have calls go to a landline phone?

We are setting up people to take calls from home.  Most will use a laptop or mobile phone but we have one user who has a special landline that allows him to hear better.  How do we add this landline number to receive calls?

Call forwarding should do the trick.  I assume you want him to have customers call his RingCentral number and then forward to the landline, right?  He could also use the desktop app or web portal and place calls using RingOut that will show his RIngCentral caller ID to customers, but still use his landline.  A nice headset and the desktop and/or mobile app may work well too as long as he has a solid internet connection.

if his direct number is being dialed, you can set his user hours and set it to "unconditionally forward" to his land line.
