RingCentral Outlook plug in to our Outlook 2016 for MAC

We are having an issue using the RingCentral Outlook plug in to our Outlook 2016 for MAC. Every scheduled meetings doesn't reflect to our calendar. It only works with i-cal but not with Outlook 2016 for MAC
