Please tell me my company isn't the only one having HUGE issues with RC?

Half of our soft phone apps will not show a missed call or a text or fax. We have to constantly click refresh to get the updates. We have been round and around with RC and their so called customer service to no avial!

No...just being honest. That's EXACTLY what you're doing. You've done it here before as well. I can do here as I wish. By the way, the definition of "nosey" is "showing too much curiosity about other people's affairs". I'm not curious...it's as plain as the nose on my face.
