I have faxes that I sent, three faxes from March 22, 2018 sent via the desktop app and 1 that I sent on March 28, 2018 to RC tech support as a test. The issue is that the faxes sent show up on my desktop RC app, but not my Android phone RC app. Your tech support had me clear the RC app data cache and then delete and reinstall the Android Phone app. That did not resolve the problem. I've attached a screenshot from my RC phone app and one from my RC desktop app so you can see the issue. Seems to be a flaw in the RC Android phone app. Any suggestions on how this issue can be resolved?
