Login filed: Cannot obtain important account information because of a server error...

Hello I have been having an issue with RC Desktop app for a few months now.  The issues is that every time I try to login, it says the same error: "Login filed:  Cannot obtain important account information because of a server error.  Please contact support if the problem persists.  I have reset password, contacted support over a dozen times in the past few months and they cant find a solution and honestly waste my time with going over the exact same details.  I spent several hours with someone from Tier II, and their solution was that they are going to forward details to development Has anyone encountered this?  I can sort of get around it by using my mobile / chrome plug in, but it is not convenient, and I cannot do all of the functionality and frankly, its just plain ridiculous that I cant use the application when Im paying for several lines.  Anyone solved this on their own?  Pretty over this one and I've been looking at alternative solutions but really like the text capabilities of RC.

Is this problem occuring using RingCentral 's Windows Desktop App?  What hardware is it occuring on?  It helps if you post those kinds of details.....   The new version is coming out shortly, if you ask your Customer Success Manager for the beta version they would probably be able to get it to you - request Version 10.      We had to install it for one of our users a few days ago as she was having a similar (but not exactly the same) problem

I have tried to login via the windows 10 app and the mac OS app on High Sierra and both are giving the same error

I'm also getting the same error this morning.  The Windows RingCentral App is what is giving me the error.  Done all the troubleshooting provided as well.

Looks like our Tier 2 had been trying to reach you for some time. I would suggest contacting our Support Team again so we can finish the troubleshooting process with you
