Refund Options?

I upgraded my free version to a prepaid annual standard plan for $50 per person no knowing that the service is available free with a RingCentral Premium Account which I intend to purchase this week. Can I get a refund on my order?

I don't have one that I know of? I upgraded my Glip version on my own by stumbling around the application until I found the purchase upgrade option. Before I made the decision to purchase I watched several unofficial YouTube videos and even one from a Glip employee. Each mentioned a let sidebar feature not initially visible in my version. So, I assumed (wrong) and thought my free version was limited in some fashion. Which is why I hastily purchased it thinking I would gain 24/7 live phone support. 

That's when I realized that was reserved for Ring Central phone system users only and that Glip was included with it for free. So, I'm not sure if I have an account representative. Nor have I been able to contact billing regarding Glip per say... everything seems to be focused only around Ring Central and most reps said they would have to make an inquiry and get back to me that Glip was new and they didn't have the answer. Which led me to also post my same questions here.

I would like to cancel and be refunded immediately for my purchase. I also seemed to have been charged for each team member I made a co-worker when setting up my teams. I was just playing around with features to figure things out and haven't even used the system really yet. Please point me in the right direction to remedy this ASAP!
