Hey! This just came up in our org today.
We took spreadsheet exports of everything we could in the admin portal after we did the initial setup.
It'd be neat for RingCentral to be able to accept and return a JSON or XML document. This way we could track our configuration changes on Git or another version control system to ensure we always have the latest and greatest. It would also be helpful because it would give peace of mind to leadership when considering the "What happens if RingCentral gets totaled" scenario.
This would be very helpful! I see the ability to backup call records and things like that, but having the ability to backup all users, settings, and IVR would be a huge relief.
