Some calls and messages come through, others do not

Some voicemails and text messages do not ever show up in the ring central app. The only way we know that we are receiving those voicemails and texts is because we see them in our confirmation email from RingCentral. Could someone explain why this is occurring? There is only 1 number set up to receive the calls and messages. Thanks.

Hey Jeri, 

I see that you have an open case with us right now, which is good! Things like this require quite a bit of back and forth in order to investigate. I checked your case and the technician gave you a call this morning and left a message. When you're able, give them a call back so we can take a look and help you out!
