My company name is more than 15 characters. I want to have my company name shows my whole company

I have a new account with RingCentral. I attended the first webinar with RingCentral last week in which the instructor mentioned that legally, the exact company name should appear on the caller ID. However, the caller ID field in the RingCentral website does not take more than 15 characters including spaces. And my company name "Issaquah Auto Sales" has more than 15 characters. Can you please resolve this?

15 characters is the limit for outbound caller ID name (CNAM).  This not a RingCentral limitation though, it is for all telcos:  https://success.ringcentral.com/articles/en_US/RC_Knowledge_Article/Outbound-Caller-ID-Overview

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Caller ID Name Character Limitation Issue. My Company name is more than 15 Characters and I can't edit my company name in Caller ID Name section. Kindly help in this regard. Thanks

That has been requested before and that is not anything that RingCentral has control over. The service was first defined in 1993 in International Telecommunication Union - Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) Recommendation Q.731.3. The FCC governs Caller ID and everything about it.
