Try closing the app. Right click the RingCentral app in the notification area near the clock. Then select Exit. Wait for it to close then launch the app again. See if that helps. I've been having issues where it appears to be working but I stop receiving all notifications and I can't call anyone but I can still search my contacts.

2018-06-28 This was fixed in the latest release to production version 10.01 If you remove the older version, then install the current version this should solve it. If this does not resolve the issue, it is something for which you will need to create a support case.

Folks the top level post on this thread is pretty vague. 'RC Desktop has stopped working". This could mean almost anything. If it's a syncing problem that can actually be an issue with the network/router not being correctly configured. If anyone is having trouble please be sure to open up a support case and provide more specific details so we can properly troubleshoot.
