Problem with text coming over as email addresses

I have a problem that if a Client first calls me through Ringcentral, but then sends me a text to my personal number from then on all their texts come through with their phone#@ringcentral.com. At that point if I respond to their text it does not go through. How can I prevent from happening? I can't text these people back

Hey Eileen,

That's odd...I haven't heard of that happening. I would suggest contacting our Support Team so we can gather debug logs and see what's going on.
