Retrieving Faxes without desktop app?

We do not deploy the desktop app and we recently went live with our first office.  I am trying to figure out how best for users to retrieve faxes.  I would have thought they would come into their email, but that does not seem to be the case.

If you look under user notification settings you should find the option to send faxes to email.  Are you talking about faxes sent to users direct lines?

In Notifications, set it send fax notifications to email, and be sure to check the box for marking the fax as read or you will also get a voicemail notification that when deleted, it deletes the fax) and also check the box to include the fax as an attachment.
