Save button greyed out

Any ideas why this save button is greyed out?

The user can save them through their extension portal but not through the soft phone app.

I've also tested this on the super admin account and it's also greyed out...

Which version of the softphone app?  Mine looks way different - six icons for call, text, delete, save, mark as unread, and block.  Also, that particular voicemail shows as 00:00 in length.  Maybe there isn't anything to save?
