What we are trying to avoid is a ring loop where if the number is forwarded it is picked up by someone on an app and the main number is called again and it doesn't know to forward the call again and just rings forever.
I've talked to two different customer service agents, emailed our account rep a few times, and searched all over the help section of the website and can't find exactly what I am needing, granted I am probably not searching for the right terminology. If anyone could help my out I would really appreciate it.
A little backstory just in case anyone needed or wanted to know. The company I work for has nearly 100 retail locations across the country, most of which are on the outside edge or larger cities and thus have less stable phone service for some reason. Because we sale construction materials, the phone system going down is a major problem for these locations as this is how the majority of these companies do business with phone calls and fax.
