Scheduling a ring central meeting for multiple time zones

When scheduling a ring central meeting with someone in a different time zone, do you schedule the meeting using the host's time zone or the invitee's time zone?

Hi Chrissy, you'll user your own time zone and the email system you use will update it appropriately for the other person who is in a different time zone :)

So for instance, my team is MST but I'm PST. They schedule their Meeting with MST but when I receive the email for the invite, my Outlook displays the time in PST
