Desktop App Version:10.1.2.31099
We have noticed that when using the RingCentral desktop app, there is no option to "Create New Contact" from a text message. The only option available is to "Add to Existing Contact"
In the mobile app (iOS) there is no problem creating a new contact from a text message.
The desktop app does give one the ability to "Create New Contact" from a number selected from the missed call list however.
Is this an oversight in the desktop app or is it by design?
