Prevent Presenter "Photo" Box from Appearing in Recorded Webinar
We noticed with our latest webinar that the recording is showing a presenter "photo" box in the top right corner of the screen. This is covering some of the settings we we show during our webinar. How can we prevent this box from appearing on the recording? We don't see it during the live webinar. With our webinar software I've used, the presenter information shows in a sidebar without interfering with the shared screen. I saw another post in here where the "solution" was to record without multiple monitors and this just isn't realistic since we have various windows to switch between, as well as presenter notes.
Thank you for the information. When I go into Settings, I don't see those options. I'm wondering if I'm looking at a different Settings list than you are showing here. If I go to Settings in the top menu, and click on Meetings, I see this Recording tab and I only have these two choices:
