We are no long able to send a call to voicemail when you are in a Ring Group. Only the account holder can use the softphone "Voicemail" button. Which means all of the 6 other people in the Ring Group cannot. It is very frustrating because no one is assigned to the main account because it is a mainline to our corporate office. Does anyone else find this incredibly annoying! This is a result of the most recent update. Before the update it was working.
