I have two businesses. When I singed on with Ring Central, they told me it would be no problem to handle both my businesses as they would each be setup with a separate user and separate number. I had asked how I would know which business is being called and was told that the app would tell me. Therefore, I signed up for the system and I'm now being told that I will only be able to be texted or called on one line at a time as the app is user based as opposed to overall based. Therefore the only business that I can receive calls or texts from is whichever one I'm logged into which makes the system totally useless for me.
I can't imagine I'm the only one that needs to be able to access two lines.
Any suggestions?
