Keep calls in queue indefinitely?

Using Office Premium... is there a way to keep calls in queue until an agent answers?  Seems like calls are going to voicemail if no one is available.

Hi Sean, 

At this time, there isn't a way to keep a call in queue beyond the max of 15 minutes. For more information on call queues and waiting time, check out  this kb article !

maybe there's a way to send the calls if not answered to another queue to wait longer?
