I have a call queue that forwards simultaneously to 5 extensions. Each of the 5 extensions have a desk phone. One of the desk phones rings before the others. I have confirmed that each extension has apps turned on or off for testing purposes. Still one desk phone rings before the others. Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Can you send over a screenshot of your call queue settings and double check if any extensions have advanced settings set up? Make sure that under call forwarding settings for each extension that the My Desktop & Mobile App is set to 0 Rings / 0 Secs.
