Why do you waste so much of your users' time?

The vast majority of calls we receive are obvious junk calls.   The vast majority of *those* are numbers that are already identified by nomorobo.com as junk calls.  Most of the time I spend on RingCentral is blocking robocallers after they've called.  If you would just integrate your service with nomorobo (as many other providers like Verizon Fios do), this absolute waste of my time would be 90% reduced and I could focus on my business.  Instead, you have your service people call me repeatedly *after business hours*, leaving messages with no return number, asking me to call them to discuss your service.  I'm unhappy with your service.  I'm unhappy with your constantly calling and emailing me trying to convince me to say that I am happy.  And I'm unhappy that you don't take an obvious, simple step that would vastly increase the value of your service.   Maybe I should switch to one of the following services that seem to value their customers much more than RingCentral does:

Nomorobo is currently supported on these VoIP landline carriers: Adams Cable Service, AT&T U-verse, BroadVoice/Phone Power, Comcast Xfinity, Cox, ECFiber.net, Frontier Communications, Ooma Premier, Optimum, RCN, Service Electric, SELCO, Spectrum (Formerly Time Warner, Spectrum, & Bright House), Sonic, SureWest,Verizon FIOS Digital Voice, Voip.ms, Voipo, Vonage, Wave, & 1-VoIP.

I have my own theory about why you don't do this, by the way.   I suspect that the robocallers are your customers.   So in a sense, you do care about your customers.  Just not the honest ones.

I like the idea of integrating with nomorobo.com.  That stated, most of the services listed are primarily consumer-oriented VOIP providers.  I wonder what 8x8, Vonage Business, Nextiva, Mitel, Skype for Business, and other business-oriented VOIP providers are doing for this?

Hi Iris, please see Mike's comment on this thread regarding what RingCentral is doing with the FCC to fight these types of calls.

Not buying it.  90% of the time when I google the phone number for a robocall I just received, it shows up as a known robocaller on nomorobo.  You COULD block these calls if you wanted to.  For some reason, you don't want to.

Is it possible for someone to hack our phone number list from our desktop computer to get those numbers to sell to robocallers/telemarketers?
