RingCentral Archive Manager

A separate RingCentral viewer is needed to access data that has been archived off from RingCentral servers to an individual's file server. This viewer would provide the user with a expedient means of searching, managing, and accessing the content within individual files contained within the archive.

You can do this with SFTP:  https://success.ringcentral.com/articles/RC_Knowledge_Article/10550-RingCentral-Archiver-SFTP-Integr...

If you don't already have somewhere to store the data consider a Synology NAS.  They are easy to work with and enable SFTP server on.

Good luck.
