We received some complaints from customers and then started checking our user extension logs and found several voice-messages, fax-messages, and text-messages that have not been delivered as email-notifications.
The problematic aspect of this is that it is working most of the time (especially when I test with an RC support tech). Luckily we have direct access to our email service company's incoming email logs and can confirm 100% if any email was attempted to be delivered but rejected or bounced for any reason. Through this we are confirming that some email notifications from RC are not even being sent at all.
This is a huge problem for us since we receive many faxes and texts only through the email-notifications
Anyone else having this issue?
We have had an open case with RC for about a week with not progress on them even acknowledging there is a problem.
