service and sales are not helping set up softphones, saying I must load each phone (23 minutes on hold now)
very dissapointing! cannot get anyone to help and sales person mislead me. simply wanted 6 lines for softphone and they sent me desk phones that have to be activated 1 at a time adn only then can I use them as softphone. didn't get me documents on porting the numbers (simply lied to me about it was being done) and now they said they cannot help until I locate the boxes with the phones, turn them on, program them one at a time and then call back for each line to be transfered to a softphone (about 4 hours of work for something I didn't want to begin with) tech support said I had to speak with sales, but surprise.. sales dept is closed on saturday). still being charged for service however that I cannot even use! On hold for 19 minutes now waiting to speak to a manager that still hasn't picked up when i asked to speak with a supervisor.
