Configure RingCentral for Salesforce "log a call" from the phone "app"

In Salesforce Lightning I have installed RingCentral - and it is working - however, when I finish a call and want to "Log A Call" from the Utility Bar it is only allowing me to Log it to the Account. How can I create a field so I can relate it to a Case and/or Opportunity?

Hey Mike, what version of Salesforce are you on? Classic or Lightning?
