How do you remove a introductory greeting that was setup by mistake?
If you are an admin then Go to the user List, Locate the user and click on them. Expand Screening, Greeting and Hold Music. Uncheck User Greeting.
The user greeting keeps playing even though the box isn't checked. Please help.

I hear it every time I answer my phone. It says I have a call for Heather Zimo, press 1 to accept. I don't think the caller hears it, just me.
If it is your desk top click on settings then calls then untoggle the button that says prompt. If it is your mobile go to extension settings, then call handling and forwarding then custom rules then incoming call information then play announcement before connecting and check never
